Default Just picked these up!!

just picked these up guys going on my black ek hatch, cant wait till all the snow is gone!! think i should paint them gunmetal?
all i need now are some lock nuts, what do you guys suggest for the best protection against theft?

hope you've got an extra lug so they'll fit
i say try them on white....i think they'll look good.you can always paint them if they don't look good.

i say leave them white IMO

nice *** rims... do you already have a 5 lug setup or are you gonna swap?

howd you clean them so good, howd you get the stains off?? the best wheel cleaner ive found to clean white wheels is that orange wheel cleaner that you can get at walmart

thanks for the replys guys, yes i think i will try them in white first and see how that goes. took me forever to clean them, thats just 2 of them i cleaned i didnt get to the other 2!!

any suggestions on what kind of wheel locks i should get? what brand is good? suggestions?

yah i got a 5-lug done on my car, i cleaned these rims with just an old rag and a bucket of water cause i didnt get any rim cleaner yet. took me forever though.
i was running steelies for winter.

what kinda wheel locks should i invest in?

Because they are factory Honda wheels don't you have to use the factory locking lugnuts? I might be wrong but I thought someone once said that OEM Honda wheels have a different type of lugnut setting. If this is the case just order some locking lugnuts from http://www.handa-accessories.com Get a couple/few sets and have 2/3 lockers on each wheel.

cant go wrong with the 16" JDM ITR's
They do rub just a little when you lock the steering wheel all the way right or left.
I say leave them white, or hope your really good at taping off the H on the center cap

... i like the white... simple and clean ... (and for some reason it would seem a shame to paint them (imo)... jdm originality )

...mind you ... i have bronze C8s on my FBP civic and unless you keep them very clean (car and rims) it makes the car much less noticeable (which, in some cases, is not a bad thing )... white!

thanks for the positive replys guys, i think im gonna keep it white for now and then if i dont like i can always paint them later.

D50boy: i got the steelies from some guy that had an itr.

2.0L EK: is that your car? how low are u riding? what kinda suspension u riding on? i was thinking n going with h&r race 2.5 front & 2.3 rear, do you think thats too low?

i'll prob end up going with si locks

i will keep you guys posted with new pics when i get them on! cant wait, WOOT WOOT!!
