i'm not bashing srr at all because they make good stuff, but at that price consider the full kit from hasport. everybody knows hasport makes good mounts; srr's mounts may or may not be questionable - i'm sure they're ok, but hasport is proven.

does Hasport make a D-Series mount kit? I have the whole set, so my only advice is make sure you don't mind the rattle. I'm purley about modifications to an engine, but some of you pretty boys out there with the fancy body kits may not want to have the rattle that comes with a high quality mount.

hasport makes d series mounts for the ek chassis, but not for the eg. or so that's what i gathered from their website...

i have heard good things about other srr products, so i would imagine their mounts are quailty too - but who knows.
just fill your stock mounts up with window weld.

That's what i was wondering myself.. I thought hasport didn't make a 92-95 D-seires mount kit for us SOHC peeps. Don't look at the MSRP of $500+ from SRR.. The ebay auction is only at $155 and with no bids.. so, i might just be getting them...

Someone's gotta be the guine pig, right?

Tranny mount and rear mount(bracket is diffrent) is the same as B-Series I thought. The drivers side is the same if you have a 94-95 Civic. Probably just need the Sohc style bracket thingy to use if your have 92-93.

Hatch-E, your car rocks!
15.4, that is very good!

man think what you could run if you had a nice cam, thinner headgasket, hondata IM gasket and alil tuning.
14's easy! I could even see low 14's.
that is SO impressive for sohc n/a!

I'd say to the motor mounts though,
sorry, imo they are FAR too expensive.

you could buy all that I mentioned above for the price of those mounts man!

how??? do you mismatch revs and see the redline all day every day? window weld is tough ****. if you fill them and let it dry properly, your mounts will be damn solid.

ummm, this is just an excuse to show you all how beefy these things look installed.

You can obviously only see the driver side mount and the tranny mount. The rear mount is obviously hidden, but I call it the "money" mount - most important for traction IMO.

Heck, I run the prothane inserts, and they do a pretty good job for the dollar, My complete lower mount insert set was about $35 shipped. makes the cabin louder and helps with wheel hop

I installed these on my customer's car the other night.

Driver side mount, if you have power steering, you need to trim off the power steering fulid resvoir bracket to clear with the mount.

Pass side mount, I had to grind down the back of the mount for it to sit flush on the stock frame rail, also needed to get longer bolts. Took about 20min to grind down and install the mount, and grinding the mount did not affect the structure of the mount.
