h22 head cc
i had my head cced today to figure out my cr. funny thing is is that it is 51cc supposedly after it was bored and valves unshrouded. stock head id 53.8 right. i really dont think it was milled a lot. i dont thik you can mill it that much to take 2 cc off any way.
i might be wrong. my cr is 12.59 with a stock head if it is a 51 cc chamber than cr is 13.3 ok thats high but i can handle that.
if i mill head .018" than my cr is back to 13.3 with a stock head. so that mean .018" is about a 2.8 cc volume right? so is it possble to have such a small chamber?
my question goes out to all you techers out there...
anyone cc there head after it was milled?
anyone measure the quench area on the head?
i am going to send a stock head up there and have him measure it just to compare.

by my calculations you lost 2.717cc if the head is milled 0.018in... so 51cc would be about right.
if you havent already id suggest swaping to a manual timing belt tensioner, those things like to break when you mill the head and give it more belt to tension
