Default No bleeder screw, and where does this hose go?

On my 96 b18c1, there is no bleeder screw on the coolant hose neck coming off the head. There is a spot for one but its not tapped or drilled all the way through. How do I bleed this thing? Also, there is a pipe coming off that neck for a coolant line. I dont know where it goes. I have a line going from the head to the iab, from the iab to the coolant pipe on the back of the motor. Is this all together right. Thats what it looks like in the service manual.

ok, i think it was only up to 94 or 95 that they had a bleeder screw in that hole where the coolant enters the engine. I have a 97 and it has the same hole there but no screw. that pipe that comes off the coolant hose neck goes back to the throttle body.
