Default torque spec for d17 crank pulley.

i'm changing the timing belt on my friends 2k1 civic tomorrow, and i'm just wondering what the torque spec for the crank pulley bolt is. and also if anyone knows if there is a spot for the crank pulley holder tool or if i'll need to lug out my compressor and impact wrench ..

any help is always greatly appreciated!
