Default Which throttle body would be best for my setup?

I have a ls/vtec being built right now with a b16 head. I'm using ctr pistons with skunk2 stage 2 cams and a skunk2 intake manifold. The current throttle body I have is one from a b16a2 which I believe is 60mm. Should I bore that out to match the im or buy a ericks racing 68-66 and match the manifold to the throttle body, or buy a spoon, or just leave it stock. Also I know sometime in the future I will go to 2.0 liters when I get bored with the power so should I just leave it stock and address it then because I may need an even larger throttle body?

Get the Ericks or BBK 70mm if you want. It would compliment your 2.0 when you decide to go that route.

Bored itr tb (70-65mm) would be great for your current set up.

There are plenty of peope making well over 200 on either stock or bored out itr tbs.

What would show the biggest gain or loss. Going with the 70mm and possibly being too big or staying stock and possibly being too small?
