audio guru's any experiance with this equalizer?

audio guru's any experiance with this equalizer?
I can get a pioneer EQ-6500 from a friend of mine. I'm just not sure if it would even be worth it to hook up in my car. I have a pioneer deck and I was thinking that the eq would just give me some added tuning for my system.
any ideas?

If you have a double din and can fit the eq in dash then go for it. I assume you have amps? Anytime you can add an EQ you can fine your lows/mids/hi for better sound quality.
