Do you want to buy one from a dealer or do you want to have the dealer inspect the car before the sale?

A dealer would be a long shot. Look on autotrader.com, that's your best bet. Also, cars.com and of course H-T.

If I wanted to buy a typer from say... across the country haha how would I get the dealer to inspect it? Ask the seller? Doesnt it cost like 200?

You can have it inspected by a dealer. Normally, the seller takes the car to and from the dealer, and you pay for the inspection. Most dealers charge 1-2 hours at their standard hourly rate (usually $75-100/hour).

Correct. When I bought my car I had the owner take it to a dealer. The dealer puts the car through the same array of tests that their certified used cars go through. The charge was right around $70 and then a comprehensive report was faxed to me.

Meanie, give the little 16yr old a break.

On a sidenote, you'll need a time machine and then you can easily go purchase a new R... back in 2001.

I wonder if you REALLY begged them, if Honda would build you one from the OEM spare parts they are required to manufacture and stock for the next 7 years... Imagine what that would cost? Each wheel would put you back $500+, the radio would be a cool grand, complete floor mats ~2 grand, even the dome light would be $50... $_$

You could probably buy a new porsche 911... (Of course, not that anyone reading this would want to... )

You can have a new R. All you need is a Delorian and Flux Capacitor

Porsche still manufactures all the parts to the 959. I talked to the local Porsche shop about how much one would cost and they said an easy 3 or 4 million bucks. Just to give you an idea.
