valve leash specs for b16b cams in jdm ITR

what valve adjustment specs should i use for b16b cams in a JDM ITR engine? just got it running and its noisy as hell. i dunno if i should use ITR or CTR valve specs. any help will be appreciated.

use .007" for both In and Ex. 98ctr

tnx for the reply. just want to ask your opinion why i should go with the CTR specs instead of the ITR ones.

0.007/0.009 are magical numbers.

I use .006 exhaust and .007 intake. A little tighter is more lift....hee, hee!!!!
