Default valve leash specs for b16b cams in jdm ITR

what valve adjustment specs should i use for b16b cams in a JDM ITR engine? just got it running and its noisy as hell. i dunno if i should use ITR or CTR valve specs. any help will be appreciated.

use .007" for both In and Ex. 98ctr

0.007/0.009 are magical numbers.

I use .006 exhaust and .007 intake. A little tighter is more lift....hee, hee!!!!
