Default 1.6 honda civic si head

Hey everyone, i'm trying to learn quick but i have a quick question. I have a 93 honda del sol that would be in running shape if i had a head for the engine. A buddy of mine is going to give me his 1.6 honda civic si engine head for $50 bucks if i can put it on my block. Is that head compatiable with my block in the car. The head is comming from a 91 honda civic si and is going into a 93 honda civic del sol. Also, if I can't use that head, can I use a head from an accord?

no.. you won't be able to use the Accord for sure. even if you tried.. doesn't matter what year it is..

your 93 del sol.. is it a SOHC vtec or not? if you have the sohc it will work.. just a mini-me swap really and it's not that difficult.

it really depends if its a 00 si or a 93 si. but since hes selling it for $50 id assume its the SOHC.

What model is the del sol?

The 91 Civic Si head is the same cast as the Del Sol S head and should work pretty well...you will need a dizzy from a del sol S I think
