yes they do, but i dont know if the flange is the same

No,..... F22b5 SOHC nonVtec...(Euro-F22)

I think it is the same manifold like the F22b(US, JDM) or F23. I don't think it makes a difference.
The H22 manifold does not fit,that is what i exactly know.
