215s on a 99 coupe

would 215/45/17s fit without rubbing?

not to sure what Im lowered at now but here are the clearences.

i'm thinking with the right offset you should be fine...

I run a 38mm offset and my 205/40 17's rub just a little at full lock coming down driveways and such. Maybe with some custom fender rolling it can be achieved.
