everyone should install a rollcage not just for show.. but really for safety!

I don't know if its illegal to drive around with one installed over in the US, but a lot of the newer-generation racers here are having them installed into their cars, and i've seen 2 bad accidents with rollcages installed - passengers made it out alive.

lucky your friend made it out alive.. I hope no one else in that accident got killed..

it's very fortunate that he's alive. it's also very unfortunate that he would put other peoples' lives at danger doing what he did. hopefully he learned his lesson.

Safety is one thing and driving safe is another...
A roll cage would protect him yes... But not really with out the proper harness...He could have smacked his head against the cage = death so then you say well thats why we need to wear helmets... Etc. Etc.. Safety measures need to be properly thought out... a cage mat=y save your extremities but one knock on your head and your bodies condition don't mean dick...

Glad your friend made it out alive an un-harmed. A friend of m,ine was put into a comma fro 2 weeks from an accident that was no where near as bad...

 

Convertable isn't a bad look for the car..
