Big Problem!!!!!!! manifold cannot be bolted to the turbo because the oil line is in the way, asking flamco-T if he might have a 45 or 90 degre elbow that might fix this problem!!!! any sejestions?

It would kick on at 11psi and up, to save nitrous and cool the intercooler when detonation would be critical. more on this to come.

hoping to get a hatch bumper cover, oem foglights, and a lip to finish up the font end.

boost activated switch to turn on nitrous silinoed at set PSI.
(example, set it at 11psi allows nitrous to flow at 11PSI and up cooling intercooler temps durring critical detonation situations.)
kit will also include a remote bottle opener so u don;t leave the car to activate it, and this will save nitrous because when u know u will not need it u can leave it off, but if u pull up to a light and u get reved, u just flip the switch and your all set for alittle 11PSI + runs.

Nice looking turbo setup. I think you already have the answers to your own questions. A 90 bend should do the trick for the oil line. I would try talking to Lovefab and see if you can get a custom downpipe made to fit the A/C.

Which crower stage 2 cam is that? Is it the turbo cam or the all motor cam? Just wondering...if its the all motor cam do you think its gonna work alright with the turbo?

im considering using this to wrap my oil lines, waterlines, and any wires near the tubro and manifold. anyone have experiance with this stuff, i need something to protect my oil inlet line.

as for suggestions on the downpipe and oil line,sounds like you answered them yourself-cut and reweld the downpipe and put an angled fitting on the oil line.
i actually dig the wheels.people will never suspect a car with thise wheels would be fast.
as for wrapping the lines,i don't have any of them protected on my car,and haven't had any problems in four years.

the guy i bought the head from says it the stage 2 turbo cam. hope hes right!!!!
i bought the head for 880 shipped already assembled. supposedly has only 1000 miles on it, and was completely rebuilt.

thats the idea. keep the outside semi low-key to avoid theft, but still serve some function. 9" contact patch should help with traction, it will look ok, just not a show stopper, and with bondo on all 4 corners it never will be.
i was just worried about the heat because the oil inlet may rub against the manifold and the waterlines will be close to the dp, just didn't want the high temps to cause any problems. im also peacing together an oil cooler kit to help things out, and i bought that dual core radiator to help out aswell.

yeah I actually posted a remark about those wheels,
but deleted it so as not to be a jerk.
But imo,
if your just going to use the wheels to hold some huge grippy tires,
then I think they're ok.
BUT thats only if you only mount them once in a while, for important races and trips to the track.
gotta get something for daily driving that looks at least alright.

is their a site that sells them on the internet? also the threads are rather odd, and my selection of parts in my local area is very limited.

hmmm...im not sure where u can get one. i would think NAPA would carry it, but i guess not. this is what mine looks like. its for the greddy 15g, so i dont know if it would be the same thread for yours:

i cut the downpipe today turned out really nice. its ganna be really free flowing, and might keep the a/c i bought some nickel rods todaym im considering attempting welding it, but im ganna check with a few places first to see if they could weld it for like 20-50 bucks. id rather spend the 50 bucks and know it will never break then spend 4 hrs trying to weld it, i gess u have to warm the cast up to 250+ degrees before welding, heat the rods, and do 1" sections at a time, allowing the cast to cool ultra slow, (in sand) to keep it from cracking. so im ganna look for a good welder who has experiance.

also im hoping to get some jim fab traction bars, ground control coilovers, and tokico illumina shocks in the spring, should eliminate all wheel hop and allow me to launch extremly hard.
