Is the Silver color on the eariler NSX's (91,92,93) the same as the newer ones (98, 99, 00)? Or is it just that the paint is newer so it looks better?

 

They are three different colors, the 91-93 silver is "Sebring Silver", the 97-99 was known as "Kaiser Silver" and the 00+ is known as "Silverstone Metallic", the Silverstone is lighter than the Kaiser and darker than the Sebring, hope that helps.

Which one, in your opinion is the prettiest? Because I saw one recently, in silver. I'm not sure what year, but I know it was new, because it had a painted top... the color was gorgeous.

 

knowing the year, its just a guess, all of the shades of silver used are nice. Personally, the 99 Prelude Crystal Blue Metallic color is one of my favorite OEM Honda paints EVER! I get a lot of compliments on the car, and its very easy to maintain.
