Oil Pump O-Ring... WTF??
OK... long story short, I bought a new oil pump for my race motor. On the new oil pump I noticed that the circle o-ring groove is smaller then on the oil pump that came on my motor. I figured it was a revision. I ordered the O-Ring from Honda but the new one I got was the same size as the old one and too large to fit my new pump. WTF?
the part I speak of is part 32 in this diagram. Any ideas?

yes of course, they only made one between all the years of the OBD I prelude. All the obvious stuff has been considered.
Does anyone know of some type of revision where they changed the size of this o-ring, or did I get an oil pump from Honda that was not finished with its machining?
