Counterfeit ITR Throttle Body??Send me pictures if you have them...

OK, I just got an "ITR Throttle Body" off http://www.thepartstrader.com and I need to see a couple of pictures of the real thing if somebody has some.

Anything I should look for for???

your best bet is to have em measured and make sure theyre up to stock specs....62mm i guess

Well I got burned with a JG bored out b16 TB which sucks on the idle even if it is 64mm, so just want to be sure if I can check ID marks or maybe pics....

ITR t/b code from Honda is GF89A. Check on top by the map sensor. It might be hard to read because it's not engraved, only stamped on. But it's there.

If not, then I think you got reamed.

62 mm. Measure the side that goes against the intake manifold. You will need to find someone with vernier calipers to accurately measure the diameter.

I have a friend with an LS/VTEC engine & he has an ITR intake manifold, at the moment he has a gsr throttle body but he is looking for something else to replace it with. How much will an ITR throttle body cost him? any other better options?
