i have a white 93 civic, the engine bay is fairly clean except for the rust proofing **** spayed all over the painted surfaces.
- does anybody know what kind of cleaner to use to get it off?

yeah its oil based i think, and really gummy. its yellowish to. so it dosent look very good with a white car! i have tried the scrapper way and it will take awhile,plus it was scrathing my paint. i just thought maybe there is another way of getting rid of this stuff!
