what's the proper idle for a 93 accord lx?
If i rememebr correctly it should be 750. If it still rattles then those old motor mounts are shot. She might want to get new ones. I heard the rear motor mount is the onme with the probkem, but it costs $$$ cause it has vacume lines coming out of it.
me and her shook the motor by hand and everything seem pretty solid and yeah now that i think about it the idle is around 750rpm.
anyone else know why it might be shaking?

I have the same problem with my 92... I've been told again and again that the rear mount is bad.. but eh... i can stand it... No funds to fix it yet. Shaking it won't figure out of the mount is bad bro... Maybe if the mount was broken... For a 11 year old car like that... the rear motor mount of probably shot. Meaning the rubber inserts has losts its effectiveness.
Oh yeah I forgot I can edit my own title! Yay!

Around 750 and not sure why the car is shaking so bad.
