Default Couple 99Si front brake conversion questions for a 92 Si

I have a 92 Si (no abs, disc/disc, 9" fronts).

I have a pair of knuckles/brakes/etc from a 99 Si I'm going to upgrade to.

The caliper brake lines were cut about halfway so I need brake lines. I should buy brake lines for a 99 Si, correct? I am planning on going stainless, and don't know whether I should get lines for the 99 Si, 94+ Integra, or what...

Brake pads. I'm going with Axxis Ultimates. Does anyone have a good retailer for these? I can't find **** with google or from any of the H-T sponsors. I plan on calling Cobalt tomorrow but I prefer to buy from West Coast retailers.

Studs. One or two of the studs are stripped. There are two manufacturers listed, Soya and Nagoya, are these the same or do I need to look for something on the hub/whatever to figure out what to get? They're both the same price.

Master cylinder. 1991 Civic EX sedan is a direct bolt on to my booster so I was going to get one of those so my pedal feel won't be crap after the swap.

Anything I'm missing, besides fluid?
