Default JDM Tein HA's for EG??? PLS READ

I got a source on these for a killer price, but it sounds kinda iffy, need some input.

This guy is selling:
"JDM Tein HA's" for 92-00 civic?
He doesnt know much about suspension he just bought them so he could turn around and sell them and make a profit, so he says but there still a steal.

Other people are saying they never made HA's for any USDM hondas.
One guy says this:
"tein type HA is not available for our cars.
type HA was R&D in japan for japan roads.
it does not have an application for our hondas in north america,
however type Super Street ( = type HA) was R&D in the US for US roads.
Exclusive design for USA vehicle specifications (only available for the U.S. Market)

in other words type HA is a jdm kit (need ctr lca for our ej's) and type Super Street is a usdm kit.
when type HA was introduce here it was replaced by type Super Street.
check on all the teins sites. there shouldnt be any type HA kits for civics applications.
only the jap site does have it and its for ek9/4s not our ej6s."

So will these be of any use for me in a 93 DX, soon to be 5 lug? I mean he's selling them for killer cheap.

Your English is ******* horrible.

That said, TEIN HAs are discontinued now, as far as I know, or maybe just not available in the USA directly from TEIN anymore. They were around before the Basic/SS came out; before TEINs became the "in" thing.

I believe the shocks are valved a bit stiffer than the SS but the spring rates should be the same. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

They are made for JDM "style" LCAs, ie ITR LCAs. Your stock ones do not work. Don't know what you're talking about when you say CTR, because those don't fit EGs/DCs at all.

As far as the R&D ****, what's that mean, SS are soft as **** because ricers are pussies and want a cushy ride? I guess.

Hopefully they're DC rates so they're decently stiff.

Sorry my english is bad, thanks for pointing that out though, I definatly needed to know that.

And I didnt say CTR LCA's, if you read it I'm quoting other people.

So I'm still unclear from your post about my original question being, will they fit on a 93 dx civic with a USDM ITR 5 bolt conversion.

itr 5 bolt has nothing to do with anything.

you need itr rear lca's to run ha's.

case closed.

hmmmmmmmm....... okay. i'm a little late but i think you should know this......... i've got the tein type-ha on my 99 civic coupe. there are no install issues with the lca on my 6th gen... a lot of folks told me this would be a problem but it turns out they were mistaken...... so, again, the tein type-ha bolted right up to my usdm lca's....... on a side note, the spring rate for the type-ha is harder than those for the type-ss........ ss is meant for street. the ha is much more track oriented.
