Default Front end shakes at about 62-3 mph...........

...then smooths out as I go faster. Could it be CV joints going bad? I could have swore we had the boots replaced. Surely Honda would have told me the CV joints were bad when they replaced the boots. I am hoping the tires are just out of balance. The car has 140,00 miles on it, its a 1996 Honda Accord EX 4cyl.

IF it is the CV joints, are they hard to replace?

out of balance tires probably. Hope you have Michelin's. They are the best.

If it happens while you're braking, then it's your rotors.. If you feel the whole front end shake at a certain speed..usually means youre tires are out of balance. Try rotating them, if it change to the rear.. get em balanced

I agree with everyone. It definately has something to do with your tires. Make sure you check out the alignment too.

If its not your tires check your motor mounts. But check the tires first.
