no it won't. You may be able to bolt it to the cat, but the donut will not fit into the cat flange.

the jdm header has a 2.5" collector your stock cat is 2" i think. so it wont bolt up until you get a 2.5" cat

LOL thats a good one. I dont know what the rush is I guess im just being cheap, lol. Guess it would be dumb to waste money getting the same type of work done to my car twice. I can get the DC Sports CC JDM ITR header wit the Carsound cat for $388 shipped, good deal?. What else am i going to need besides the flange?. Im wonderin if u I should really go this route though because of emissions, but i suppose there are always ways around that.

1) i suggest you do the install yourself, its super easy!
2) you can buy a 2.5" cat with flanges on it, that would be your best bet expecially if you want to do the install yourself.
3) you'll need a 2.5" exhaust to bolt up to your cat.

for exhaust your options are pretty much this...

either buy a 2.5 exhaust and bolt it up, or buy a muffler and go get custom piping down at any local muffler shop.

it may seem like a pain but if you plan on having decent gains out of a n/a b series eventually you'll need 2.5" piping.

good luck

Is there a cat that i can buy that can just bolt up to the header and exhaust without any welding and stuff?. I got a Apexi N1 now so im really in no hurry to spend any money getting a custom exhaust being that what i have on the car now hasnt even been on there for a year yet.

actually yea, you can buy cats that have a 2.5" opening and go to a 2" to bolt up to the stock exhaust piping.
