Custom Cams-->Webcam
I right now currently have type s cams which gave me about a dynoed 7 whp. I was looking at the webcam website and was thinking about sending in my USDM H22a cams to get a regrind. Do you think it would be a good idea. What kind of grinds do they have, and how much power will i expect to get to the wheels. Also if i get a custom grind will i also have to get new valve springs and retainers...I have TYpe S Springs and retainers installed currently.

If you can afford it you should get new billets from Webcam, not regrinds. JG Luder says they'll do that. WebCam should also know what duration, lift and RPMs the Type S valve springs etc are good for.
PS what other type S internals or other mods do you have? I keep hearing Type S cams kill the rollers on USDM engines over time.
