I don't know how anybody could live w/ a car making that loud blowing nose sound. I also don't understand why anybody in a car would race a bike that many times. And that rider isn't very good... poor shifting technique. Interesting video though, thanks

the f4i guy is a member of our local board, im pretty sure his bike only has a pipe tho. Anyways, one of the local camaros inched him out a lil while back, first person to ever beat him in fact.

I don't understand why the mustang keeps racing him, and not only that, why does that guy let off the throttle all the way when he shifts.. I thought when you were racing you should do clutchless shifts.

lol I think it was said best that "And that rider isn't very good... poor shifting technique."
Yes you don't use the clutch when accelerating fast, I don't use it ever. You also don't race cars cuz you (almost) always win . . .

To me, it's like racing a hyundai accent in an S2000, you know you're going to win, so why the hell risk the ticket.

Now if it's 2 F4i's, that's a different story.

i dont know what you guys are thinking, cobras as sweet and that sound is awesome. but the bikes too whiney for my tastes

not sure why they raced so many times, and i liked how they cut out the parts when the mustang started pulling on the bike

Very easy, when on the gas Just push the gear shifter up without the clutch, simple as that.

I will explain this once more. Always clutch downshifts. I don't care how skilled you are at rev matching. Never clutch upshifts. Unless you have no throttle control and a fat passenger in which case you shouldn't be riding anyways. Now on to the technique. Say you're putting along in first(which I hope you clutched from N) and want to upshift into second. You simply preload the shifter w/ your toe and slightly roll off the throttle for a split second. The shifter will slip up into the next gear smoothly by which time you should already be back into the throttle. Different bikes/situations obviously require slight alterations but this is the basic concept. Practice and enjoy. And spread the word. Oh yea, roll off does not mean chop. Watch the video again and you'll see what not to do. Also don't wear jeans while felony breaking the speed limit

Clutchless upshifts are easier... if your going part/full throttle and cut the gas for a split second, all timing on the bike stops, at this moment in time there is no stress on the transmission (wet clutch) and you can feel the bike up a gear, once you get good, its like ur using a clutch but saving time... this is how the airshifters work, only they cut the timing for you without you phsycially having to let off the gas
