And what's the difference if it's through the bolt or bracing it from underneath? Spend your money elsewhere.

Here is my .02
Im not one to buy off brand stuff but in this case If you really want one then just find a cheap no name one thats looks nice, because like everyone else says it isn't for performance, its strictly looks. Money can be spent better elsewhere.
I would probabaly never spend $ on one, but my friend gave me one for free last week. No name, No logo, but it's a nice bar. I added some Mothers polish, installed it and it looks great
Moral of story, the bar isn't for performance, so in this case buying a name brand isn't worth it IMO. If you really want one, just find one that is cheap and looks good.

You don't have an ITR though, so your Integra did not already have this bar.
ITR's already have this bar from the factory. It is bolted to brackets only found on ITRs.

i find that the stock itr works the best. the purpose of that bar is to prevent flex underneath, between the two rear control arm. the stock itr provides more of a direct hold.
i don't like the spoon design because not only it has multi links which could flex, it has a ball bearing type joint on one end. the brackets are really soft.
duno about carbing, have not seen it.
if bling is what your after then get spoon, but don't remove your stock one.

If bling is what you're after, dip the stock piece in chrome.

I cannot say that individually it makes a significant difference.
But along with the rest of the ITR's structural braces, it does make for a stiffer chassis.

Gotta love honda-tech, learn something new here everyday. Now with that being said since the mounting points were mentioned earlier. When you R guys install an aftermarket bar, does it replace the existing bar, or does it mount behind/through the LCA's like on other cars? Does anyone have a pic of the stock Itr bar?

this one is a ctr (almost similar to itr) with a spoon tie bar. you don't have to remove the stock one.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Acutally the bottom one is Spoon.
