How in the hell do you get these on your phone. Everytime I e-mail a pic I get a bounceback message saying to big or no content. I send jpg, is that my problem?

if you have WAP, you can upload the pic you want to tagtag.com and download them to your phone.

if you are on verizon with the lg vx6000 you can email these to your mobile number i.e: 1xxx-xxx-xxxx@vzwpix.com.
