Default HELP!!! NEW CAR WONT TURN OVER!!! NEED HELP NOW!!!!

HELP! just bought a EH2 from Ickey (nihonjin or something like that, hes cool, not a lemon) BUT MY CAR WONT START!!! it will NOT turn over. battery isnt dead. already tried jumping it. ok, i get in get it out of gear, press down the clutch to the floor, and turn the key to start and it clicks. with a long screw driver i can feel the vibration from the starter either trying to or actually engaging. ok. i JUST did a dash swap (gray to black, not teg) three days ago. car has been driving and starting fine for the last couple days. and i just drove it 45 minutes home from my job 3 hours ago. the last couple days i noticed the starter acting a little slower. sorta like the battery was slightly dead. SO FRUSTERATING! ANY IDEAS ANY HELP ANY QUESTIONS ARE GLADDY WELCOME!!!! ANYTHING TO GET ME FURTHER TO FIXING IT THAT FROM WHERE I AM NOW!! i DO have my old car with parts! HELP!! (thanks if advance!!!!)

this might work it like re-routes the ignition thing. have one persion in the incase it goes driving away. make sure the e brake is on and car is in neutral
1 run a wire strait from the positive on the batt to the starter selinoid but do not connect!( there are two plugs it is the little one that is lower it should be a female pulg thing)
2 turn the ignitoin on
3 put the free end into the hole where you un pluged the starter selinoid
and it might fire up

do you have a volt gauge or a DMM(digital multi meter) ? if so check and make sure you don't drop below 9.5 volts.
