Spoon Sports and Type One
I took some pics when I visited these places a couple weeks ago.
Spoon no longer holds cars but is now a warehouse full of all their parts. I have never seen so many SW-388's in my life
I then visited the 3rd floor which still pretty much looks the same, I saw the Spoon man himself and talked to him for a little. I asked why there wasn't a Spoon booth at the Tokyo Auto Salon and he said that he hasn't had a booth for the past 2 years due to the fact that he doesn't have any new products. I was like yeah a titanium shift **** isn't really much. I asked for Spoon mirrors but he said they were out of stock
Anyways, Type One is much nicer than Spoon and has a lift that brings the cars from the first floor to the second floor. They had the Spoon S2000 race car, the Spoon Fit, and the old school Spoon EA. I asked the guy who worked there if he enjoyed working here and he made this displeasing grunt and then was like "yeah it's ok." I would be happy to trade places anyday
