Nope. Can't be done, unless you have a body shop custom-make something for your car.
If you want to keep your stock sunroof mechanism and stock-sized hole in the roof, you have to either 1) Replace it with a new CRX panel from Honda or the junkyard (I wouldn't recommend bothering with the junkyard route) or 2) Plug the hole with a fiberglass or CF plug.
Any further q's, just ask. Or search. They've mostly all been asked before.
