I ordered a cat converter from http://www.hybridgarage.com back in early December and I still have not seen it. I've emailed them a few times with no response at all. I also called and all I get is an answering machine and a full mailbox so I can't leave a message. Does anyone know anything about this ??

Their price on the Carsound cat is just excellent. As a matter of fact, the reason I ordered from them is that someone I know bought the same cat a few monts back and had no problems at all; quick delivery too. I wonder what happened ??

 

I had a friend wait on a jdm length cat for months and months. I am not sure if he ever got it though..

 

Man, that really sucks !! I hope I'm not next in line... In all fairness, when I ordered the part, the guy told me they had a bunch of cat orders to fill so it could be a few days until I got my parts. However, that was back in 5/December/2003... Anyone else know anything or know how to get a hold of someone there ??

 

I was going to order my cat from them but I heard nothing but bad things. Search "hybridgarage" and see what you come up with

 

adrains shop went under from what i understand, however i heard that he is trying to take care of all his orders up to date. hes in town if you guys want me to look into it

 

I would appreciate it if you would talk to the man about this and get back to us with his feedback. It would also be nice if you could get a contact number, email, or whatever to get in touch with the man.

 

I bought a set of Hasport motor mounts from them. The price was good. But one of the mounts did not fit. I emailed them asking if I could exhange that one mount. No reply. I emailed 3 or 4 more times, still no reply. I am dissapointed with their customer service.
