Apexi Rev/Speed Meter installation??
Whats up everybody, does anybody know how hard it is to wire up an Apexi Rev/Speed meter?? I've had one sitting in my closet for almost a year now, and I would like to get it installed, but I wouldn't want to mess around with the ECU myself. Has anybody installed one or even an Apexi S-AFC or V-AFC?? They must be along the same lines of installation. Thanks alot guys!!
i know someone who put one on his 240sx.......he said it was kinda a pain in the *** to install......im suprised it didnt come w/ instructions, but i think u just plug it into the right pin, then let the car idle for a while.....this could be WAY off, but who knows
those things are cool as hell.....i love how the store peak RPM.....his 240 hit 10000k......i was in the car, no ****, and he even has a fuel cutoff/rev limiter......who knows

its really not that tough to do. you will have to splice into a few wires, but the directions should show you exactly which wires to tap. I strongly recommend soldering, not twisting or crimping
just download the instructions or wiring manual of the apexi site, and it tells you what wires, for what year honda.
Its not difficult at all
only like 4/5 wires to splice.
Installed in mine no prob.
