DSM's are pretty hot and pretty fast but they also fickin break all the time.
all the time. you will have your car up on jack stands more that on the road

i would stick with the pr3, i have heard horror stories about dsm. besides have you ever heard of a dsm NA screamer?

 

dont do it. i have a non turbo eclipse with i/h/e, and some other junk on it and my stock crx si will kick its *** any day, plus dsm's have horrible handling.

I wouldn't...because you probably put more money into the B16 than how much that talon is worth. But it's really up to you.
