anyone running a b16 with regular bolt ons? what are you running?
anyone running a b16 with regular bolt ons? what are you running? any suggestions on what i should do to my stock b16? (the most bang for the buck)
in a hatch with no internals, thats is if you can drive, 14.8 to 14.6 is the best i've seen. on the street they don't do to well from what i've seen, i have an ls with bolt ons and i've never been beat by a b16 before
my freinds has an EF gutted in the rear section only, 1st gen b16a bone stock bottom end, minor head work, ITR cams, aem pulleys, stock b16a header, cheap intake, act clutch, z-10 traction bar runs high 13's on falken azenis. He has one of those freak b16s that we all heard about. at first i did not believe him til i saw his setup. oh yeah this he's a very good driver and pulls 2.1 60 footers on those azenis. peace
friend of mine had a gutted 92 cx with short ram and dc race pipe ($1500), went 13.6 on street tires. Hard to believe but the thing RIPPED!
i'd say do ITR cams with I/H/E and get it tuned with a VAFC, that would make for an alright street setup.

haha, my Si had a freak B16. 148whp stock, 155whp tuned with FPR. ran a 16.7, which is fast for stock Si's in utah, equates to about 15.3 at sea level.
