I want to put a 2.2 inch pipe from my cat back to a 2.2 inlet/outlet muffler....But I dont want to be harrassed by cops for sound pollution (as they call it) so the question is will the car be noticably loud? I mean like those Automatics with the weld on $45.00 EBay 4inch Bomb muffler.......

 

YES!!! it will be very loud

 

Not having a resonator is going to be VERY loud and very raspy.

 

throw in a looooong resonator.. it'll help suppress the sound.
