Default Water getting in the back

Hey guys I figure that this is a some what common problem but my 91 Si is leaking. I think its coming in around the lights. Is there a seal that cracks over time? Or the lights are cracked? I want to put the SiR tail lights on it but I cant find them. Oh well.

Also my dads 88 CRX Si is leaking as well, he just told me.

thanx for any help

i had a problem with my gaskets on the lights getting so old that they didn't seal. might want to try new gaskets or just get some silicon and just line the gasket a bit.

I had the same problem my tailights on my crx used to look like fish tanks when it rained. You can buy new gaskets from the dealer but they are probably exspensive. I put a line around my gaskets with clear silicone about a year ago and they havent leaked since.

yeah i think silicon will do the trick for him. ive also heard of people drilling holes in the bottom of the lights to act as a drain, but the silicon idea sounds to be a little easier and cleaner.

This is what I did. I also unclogged both of the sun roof drains back there. No water back there since!

I took all of the interior out of the back, found the lil hoses, pulled the plug and had dirty water spray all over. I then shot out the mud/crap in the plug like how you shoot out a spitball It flows like wine now!
