Default JDM B16A with LSD Tranny - Good or Bad???

I'm planning on to purchase a JDM B16A motor with an LSD tranny. I was wondering is it good or bad to have a LSD tranny? Because a friend of mine said that my car will be slow is he right? Any opinions are appreciated.

Dancing on two legs is better than one. Any one that said LSD will so your car has never had one. Why did honda put one in the type R? Wasn't ment to so it down?
Street racing and street tires LSD is king.
I have a Kaaz LSD in my b16A1 with a Y1 tranny and I will never go back.
