I'm not sure of the actual increase in stiffness but when I installed one on my R, it cut the understeer considerably. I used Energy Suspension bushings when I put mine on.

Yes, that was with the stock front bar.
I am also considering going with somewhat stiffer rear springs.
My intent is to improve the handling without lowering the car. I have some scraping problems now.

Yeah, I'm going with stiffer springs too, JIC FLT-A2's, 10k, 8k... that is if I ever actually get them, should have been here a month ago...
