Hey, I just barely ( yesterday) bought a 92 accord LX.
What size engine does it have and what bolt ons are fun for them??? Also, how many horses can i safely add before upgrading the drivetrain???
well since im nice i searched for it for you.... f22a1... but for future reference you can search for it very easily... as for upgrades, what do you want? going turbo wouldnt be such a bad idea since the f series has pretty low compression it can handle a little more boost while stock than say a h22... but you can get almost any bolt on if you truly want it... they are harder to find since the f series isnt as populare as the h22... you arent going to be beating most cars out there with just bolt ons becuase the accord is a lot heavier than most hondas and right now you are only putting out 125 hp and thats not even to the ground... just my .02
i have no idea what u guys are talking about(i am new) do u know any website that i can read all about because that is what i need on my 90ex man. i am about to put a new engine so what can i do to make it go fast and fly fly like an eagle.(lol joke)
*Holding back the flamage*
You guys can learn a lot from this site. If you have any questions I would highly recommend that you use the search function. It has helped a lot of people here, including myself.
Trying to improve your HP doesn't necessarily require a motor swap. There are many products on the market that might satisfy your urges. I recommend searching for an Intake and Exhaust system.
If you happen to buy either of these two items, you could search this site for how to install them, thus saving yourself $.
