Default 94 accord overheating

I just replaced the radiator 1 1/2 year ago. My problem is every 4 weeks I have to add coolant in it. Not much but just as much as the reservoir. I also noticed that when its hot its overflowing in the reservoir area and dripping in that are. My fan works good. Can someone please help me. Thanks

are all radiator caps basicly universal fit? and does having a radiator cap with more "lbs" resistance do anything? or does it just mean it can resist more? because after i changed out my radiator, it's always kinda running hot and the fans ALWAYS go on after i drive (not even that far)

WHen I replaced my sorry *** 9 yr. old factory radiator, it came with a new cap. Did you also replace the thermostat?
Also, If you keep adding fluid every month, this could mean you have a bigger problem - maybe like a blown head gasket.

How do I know if I have a blown head gasket?
Yes I did replace the thermostat 4 years ago. I am also having the same problem as diyaccord " because after i changed out my radiator, it's always kinda running hot and the fans ALWAYS go on after i drive (not even that far)". Same problem here.

Thnks to everyone who has been helping me.
