b18c1 hood clearance in 90 CRX
hood closes but hood is pused up a little on the drivers side... obviously the gsr is too tal... anybody have any pix or a good description of what to cut on the CRX hood so there will be no rub? I am using the older Hasport mounts... thanks
just put washers under your hood where the mounting brakets bolt to the car, theres 2 bolts on each side, put a few washers there and your problem is solved and you dont ahve to wreck your hood to try it..

you can also put washers between your motor mount and mount bracket on driver side and between mount and tranny on pass side . This will lower your motor and also help straighten out your axles.

Why not? if you put them under the hood at least you won't lower the engine, which increases the chance of bottoming it out.
