MUGEN 26mm Rear Swaybar...
I currently have this on order and will be arriving sometime who knows when. I have talked to a couple of people who think that a 26mm rear sway bar might rip off of the car because it is too stiff. I do beleive that Mugen supplies a reinforcement kit with the bar, but does anyone have first hand experience with this bar on an ITR or know of anybody who had problems? I didn't think that it would have any issues.
Thanks!

The ITR subframe is reinforced for a larger rear sway bar - you will have no problems.
People run into trouble when they put a larger rear bar on a Civic or Standard Integra which do not have a reinforced subframe... perhaps those are the people who supplied you with the information.

I'm looking for a used Mugen 26mm rear bar (not directed to/at the present initial poster).
Mine got ruined in my wreck and I need one to match up with the front 26mm bar I won (traded for) at the 1st ITR Expo.

That is what I had thought... I didn't figure there would be problems, and yes of course it was Civic and Non-Type R owners who thought that it would have the possibilty of tearing out. I just wanted to see if anyone else had ever heard of such a thing on an R.
My suspension set-up is pretty far from stock too.
Thanks Guys!
