Ok, i have heard that it is posible to fix wheels on a cheaper way than if I take it to a shop, the thing is i dont have money, or really, dont want to spend money on fixing OEM wheels, they are chipped in and scratched preety bad. Do you know of any way to fix this. I want to paint them later, so i need as smooth of a surface as posible.

I am going to try and have someone weld a beed on it and then sand it off and have them repainted
