dc5r wing thing
i went to retighten the cap nuts under the trunk and broke one of the studs off the type r wing (the real one). Are mounting on 3 screws ok? i don't think it will fall off with 3 screws & tapes but just want to make sure
Are those threads into the wing also, I know they only get tighteneed down to like 12ft/lbs. Not much at all...If it was a rearward bolt I'd say its ok...If its a front bolt. You may try and find a way to secure it. Like the aftermarket wings that the bolts go into the threads in the wing.

what are rearward bolts and front bolts?
what are rearward bolts and front bolts?
there are two bolts on each side of the wing right? one towards the front of the wing, and one towards the rear... so the two (one on each side) that are toward the front of the wing are the front bolts, and the other two (closest to you) are the rearward
