Does the upper door panel from 91 si crx fit the 91 hf crx u know the upper portion where the seat belt comes out of.

Usually you don't seperate the upper part from the lower part, bud. Don't think you can seperate it without doing damageż

 

you can carefully separate them and put them back together and it will look like nothing ever happened.
