Default head unit in 5th gen prelude

i know your going to tell my use the search button but i did and i didnt get what i was lookin for im putting a Clarion head unit in my 1998 prelude sh i have put in alot of steros and systems in cars pobably close to 40 and i dont cut corners i like to do everyhting the way it needs to be done and i like to have a good idea of what im doin befor i even start so i have 2 questions first how does the stock come out it looks like the side pannels on the console under the dash come out and you can get to it that way or does the dash trim come out i didnt want to pull to hard and bust it and 2 i have heard alot about how to deal with the afbs what do u guys recomend

the plastic piece that goes around the actual factory radio just pops out. use a flat head to get it out, it mite leave an mark on your dash but it'll go away, after that you have 4 phillips screws that hold the radio in, thats about it. i am an installer at circuit city, and i use to own a 5th gen lude so im 110% sure this is how you do it.

thanks alot i was hopeing it came out like that i used to have a 1995 gle maxima and that was a real pain to rip the whol center of the dash out every time u had to work on it
