Bulb Question

OK, I realize I've asked a few of these, but I need a definite answer.

Which bulb do you use for the JDM headlights on a 4th Generation?
Low and High beam please.

I know it's h4 for lows. I have the JDM ones and I just had to go through that ordeal of finding a good h4 bulb.
