VALVE ADJUSTMENT

what are the specs for a valve adjustment on a 2000 civic si with a b16 ctr cams. thanks

they are 0.008 for the exh and 0.006 for the intake. or vice versa, i do them all at 0.007. thats the lowest go no go gauge i have.
