954rr fender eliminator question
I want to remove the huge factory mudflap on my bike and replace it with a much smaller bracket that i can mount the liscence plate and my blinkers too, but i noticed that the stock piece is molded to the undertail, so in order to remove it do i just have to cut it off??? This seems kinds of barbaric, but about the only way to do it without having to replace the entire undertail. Thanks .
No cutting homie!
You can take off the mudflap by removing the signals and the reflector. Here's a fishy to help guide you.

Have you tried that, I could have sworn on the 954 that it was molded...

Didn't want to have to break out a picture of my bike's ***. She finds it very degrading. Here's an old pic:

nah mang, all you do is remove the mud flap like how i said above, and just put back the blinkers and the reflector. it cost nothing but about 10 minutes of your time. i had to use smaller binkers because i have a high mount exhaust, but stock or any short stalk should fit fine in the original mounting holes. it's pretty easy thinking up a way to put your plate on, but if you want to buy something simple and clean, check this out:
