Default reasons why water in oil???? please help!

just rebuilt my head in october, first time i changed the oil figured some anti freeze from when taking the head off etc... still to this day alot of water in the oil, i figure its the head gasket not doing its job, but any ideas as what else it could be??

also after i shut off the car, antifreeze leaks from the frotn of the oil pan, right by the a/c bracket, is this a water pump thats starting to fail??? please help me as im tryign to get my baby back to 100% i dont even like driving her seeing her leaking, and taking in oil/water mixture, but shes my only form of transportation, please help me honda tech gods =D

is your overflow tank next to the radiator discolored? black residue inside, like there is oil in the coolant too?

also i would guess that your waterpump is leaking too, thats why it is dripping out under the plastic cover near the crank pulley(?)

Yep, sounds like the water pump is leaking too. Might as well change the timing belt at the same time.
